Hello! I would love to tell you a little bit more about myself and why I love what I do.

I love kids!  I thought I would be a teacher when I “grew up” spent all of my teenage years working at Serendipity Playhouse a daycare in the town I grew up and also went to when I was young. When I started taking photos of kids, I was so grateful to have to knowledge that I gained from working with kids for so many years.

I love animals! We always had animals growing up cat, dogs, birds, and even ferrets. {mine was named woodstock} as an adult my passion for animals has continued to grow. I work very close with Paws to Play group responsible for getting the first dog park in Kalispell.

I currently have 3 furry kids. Apollo, Ole and Ka La.

After graduating high school my first job was in a photo lab at Walmart. This is where my love for photography was rekindled, it is also where I met my partner in crime and life 🙂

Why I take photos…Junior Prom, my mom took photos of the whole day. Getting ready, photos with friends and my date all of it.   Then she opens the camera to reload {yes film} and the camera was not loaded correctly.. Yep no photos… at all. I remember thinking I don’t want my family to miss or forget moments like this. That is really the why. I want to document moments in families lives.

My parents were always taking photos. This photo of me and my dad teaching me how to use a camera is my most treasured image of the two of us.

My passion of photography overlaps with my love for kids and animals and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
